Our Opinion:

Lingo is a provider of home and business VoIP connectivity.  Lingo is operated by Primus, and has significant international and fiber assets.  What this means to the consumer is that Lingo is able to offer free calling to western Europe for only $21.95 a month.  If you frequently call Europe, Lingo may the the best choice for you.  Standard features include enhanced voicemail, Call forwarding, waiting, and do-not-disturb, plus 15 others.

However, Lingo is more expensive than most competing providers, preventing it from getting a top review.  That is, unless you frequently call Europe.
